Paul Nowakowski was born on April 21, 1963 in Lubań Śląski in Lower Silesia Poland. He already was interested in painting in elementary school. After leaving school he did his military service. In 1988 he moved to Germany and continues to live with his family in North Rhine-Westphalia. In 2005 he returned to art, which he always wanted to do, and he love to do what he is doing now.
